Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and recurring purchase options work at Prysm Labs, including how to skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time. By subscribing to any Prysm Labs product, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Your Subscription

When you choose our "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription. This means:

  • Your selected product will be automatically delivered at the frequency you chose (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Your saved payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment at the discounted subscription price displayed at checkout.
  • Your subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it.
  • You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge, in line with UK consumer protection requirements.

2. Pricing & Renewals

  • The subscription price is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Subscription prices are locked in at the rate you signed up at, unless we notify you of a price change at least 30 days in advance by email.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) and applicable VAT are included in your recurring charge.

3. Skip, Pause, Modify, or Cancel — Anytime

You are in full control of your subscription. You can manage it at any time, with no fees, no minimum commitment, and no questions asked.

To manage your subscription, you can either:

  • Log in to your customer account at theprysmlabs.com and visit the "Manage Subscription" section, OR
  • Email us at Help@theprysmlabs.com and our team will action your request within 1 business day.

From your account or by contacting us, you can:

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Pause your subscription for as long as you need
  • Change the delivery frequency (e.g. switch from every 30 days to every 60 days)
  • Update your shipping address or payment method
  • Cancel your subscription entirely

4. Cancellation Timing

  • You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date.
  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal.
  • If you cancel after an order has already been processed, that order will still be shipped, but no further charges will be made.

5. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

In addition to the cancellation rights above, you have a statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your initial subscription order within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Help@theprysmlabs.com. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement pouches, but our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies — see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused automatically until you update your payment details.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
